Dispatch Time: 

All orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days after placement.

Delivery Timeline: 

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 3–4 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Replacement Process: 

In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a replacement only (no returns).
Pickup for replacement is arranged based on the service availability at your pin code. Once collected, the item usually reaches us within 5–7 working days.
Your replacement pair will be dispatched within 7 working days after the original product is received and verified.

Cancellations & COD:
Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available — we accept only prepaid orders.

Wefast Deliveries:
If you choose Wefast for urgent delivery, both forward and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Additionally, Wefast delivery charges are non-refundable and adjusted as a part of coordination and handling fees.
