At VBlods Footwear, your satisfaction is super important to us 💖
We check every pair carefully before dispatch, but if you receive something that doesn’t fit right or has an issue, don’t worry — we offer easy replacements (no refunds).

1. Replacement Eligibility

You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received the wrong product or size.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (with tags and box).

We do not accept replacements for:

Products damaged after use.
Items purchased on sale or special discount.
Products showing signs of wear or tampering.

2. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement:

Email us at support@vblods.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.
Mention your order number, issue, and share product pictures if applicable.

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if your pin code is serviceable by our courier partner.
If pickup isn’t available, you can self-ship the item to us, and we’ll send your replacement once we receive and verify it.

3. Replacement Process

After we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement product within 7 working days.
If the requested size or style is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit valid for future purchases.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
If you need a different size, please wait for delivery and then request a replacement as per the above process.
